It may be tricky to get some alone time these days. Most of us got peaceful solitude on what would have been a normal commute to the office, workout at the gym, or quiet morning at a cafe. These peaceful moments are important.
I recently discovered Podcasts and am totally hooked. They are the perfect medium for tuning out while tuning in.
Podcasts are a great way to learn something new on nearly ANY given topic. Dive deeper into something or someone you’ve always been interested in, get your daily digest of news and politics, meditate, evolve, reflect, or laugh. There really is a podcast for everyone, in almost any circumstance. We love listening to them while we work, cleaning the Inn, going for neighborhood walks, or before bed to decompress.
