Formerly known as the John Hancock Observatory, 360 Chicago is located on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building, which provides an incredible view of the city. If you’re planning on visiting 360 Chicago, definitely spend a few extra bucks to check out TILT, an observation deck that tilts you 30 degrees downward as you look down on Chicago from over 1,000 feet in the air!

You’re never too old for a trip to the zoo! Featuring incredible animals from all over the world, the Lincoln Park Zoo is a perfect place to take the family on a nice, sunny afternoon. Founded in 1930 by Max Adler, the Adler Planetarium was the very first planetarium to ever open in the States. 7. Field Museum of Natural History

If you like learning but planetariums aren’t your thing, you’ve got to check out the Field Museum of Natural History. They’ve got exhibits about Ancient Egypt, the history of the Americas, and cultural exhibits about life in Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Islands. They even have an exhibit on the evolution of planet Earth over the 4 billions years!
